If you are part a community, support, school, religious or friend group accessible from Park Slope, Brooklyn, Chelsea / Flatiron in Manhattan, have space for it, and would like low-cost yoga instruction, please contact me. While I am going through the multi-year process of becoming a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, I can offer reasonably-priced classes to you or your organization.
My instruction is designed for people who would like to improve their overall balance, flexibility, and coordination. I am happy to teach classes of up to 20 students in a space your organization provides. A good space is one that is clean, free of clutter and relatively quiet. Students will need to bring their own mats, or, for chair yoga, chairs should be available.
